same. getting into the one AI cohort on prolific really helped to boost that income this year too. I left mturk in like 2021 and thought I'd see what it's like now. Kinda sad how dead everything is, including this thread.

 

I think there's like 4 different AI companies that have cohorts on there and I feel like most of them splintered off from the original one that I started with good money tho

 

I notice quite a few surveys say in the consent form that it will be paying like $3 or $4 but its advertised for .25-50c.

 

you were never suspended during The Great Suspension of 2024 right? I thought users whose money went from amazon to a paypal-owned bank-like entity (venmo and hyperwallet) didn't get suspended. maybe this is a fast weird thing you guys are having.

 

I just found this on google. I think it's a little strange that Zelle's parent companies (banks) literally named their company "Early Warning." I mean it doesn't directly affect anything here but just thought it was weird.

I remember a few years ago when I said Prolific was going to be better than MTurk and people thought I was crazy.

 

If I didn't get VRAPI, MTurk would pretty much be dead for me.

 

do you have to wait a long time to get access to good batches after you sign up? I'm signed up but I haven't taken a selfie and sent it to them yet.

You have batches on Prolific? I've never seen any. I agree that most of what I make from surveys is from Prolific. Mturk is pretty dead and Connect is sometime-ish.

 

My deposit just came in... way late, but at least I got it.
