    Well technically you could likely write a userscript to do that but I don't think that you can do it with the built in stuff. Do you use a lot of Japanese forums or something? Japan seems to like the new on top forum style but pretty much everyone else puts the new on bottom.

    I'm not locked out but a bunch of people are. But they are showing as no tasks for me.
