Well I think captcha's are going to get me again today, keeps telling me I have one but I can't find it, didn't have enough time to figure out how to use Captcha Clear yet =(

 

It's mother should not be far away.

 

Should I disable all my other scripts for this to work?

Captchas aren't pokemons. You don't have to go searching for them

 

I don't like captcha clear or captcha alert. If I'm doing batches, I use Panda Crazy and it alerts me and pauses when it finds a captcha. Then I open this page that @ChrisTurk made for us to clear captchas, fill in the captcha to accept it, immediately return it and go back to my page.

Captchas shouldn't be time consuming, even if they are annoying.

 

I click the "Try panda link to fill in panda." when the message appears and it doesn't take me to the captcha. So now I've got no Z's coming in and it keeps yelling at me. lol

 

Not all but perhaps some that are now duplicating functions, depends what you are using.

I got rid of the following:

Mturk Dashboard
mmmturkeybacon Enhanced HIT Information Capsule
TurkerHub xPort
Mturk ID Copy/Paste
TO
Mturk Great Hit Export

 

@Randomacts ordered the desktop! Back to Zoltars.....

 

It won't work on Zs because there aren't enough to pull. Open any random hit on mturk and fill it in there.

Click on a different batch, do the Captcha there and then return it. Before Captcha clear I used Goldenage Transcriptions all the time.

 

You really need to take the time to install, understand and get familiar with these scripts/procedures. Trying to do it on the fly while working on something is going to result in not understanding. So, forget about z's today until figure this out.

 

If you use the Captcha Clear script, you can set it to go to the TurkerHub clear HIT. All you have to do is hit the minus sign (-) on the numpad and it will bring up his HIT and return it immediately after you enter the captcha.

I had given up on using Captcha Clear a while ago cuz I couldn't see how it was that much better, but it really is a time saver sometimes.

 

I am using Captcha Alert and then get a HIT which is open on another tab whole day, such as p9r but I can use Chris HIT from now on though.

 

The problem is that sometimes I don't know that I don't know something until I'm trying it, been turking for a long time with really lousy results and this is me pushing myself to jump in. Think I've got the basics pretty well so far.
