Unrelated...kind of? But anyways I have the same Quicksilver flip flops I bought while I was in college in 2006. It's not even a matter of being frugal, they just literally won't fall apart. Same goes for my Nike sandals, those things are going on almost a decade now too.

 

The more its used the more likely you'll be able to find little things that bug you, are broken, etc.

 

I'm pretty simple that way though, only people bug me or I find are broken

That's how I feel about my apple keyboard. I keep looking at a mechanical keyboard but I can't justify buying one when this one works perfectly still. I've had this thing since my junior year of college...why won't it die?

Okay so-- my computer keeps shutting off at random times, with no window's error messages. I disabled "auto-shutdown on error" to try and see if there was problem with windows. I dumped all my temporary and memory dump files which was 6.5GB worth. Ran a check disk. Virus scan, all the stuff. Still have the same issue. Shut downs, and then failed start ups. No beep codes, light codes say power supply is fine. So...hard drive? Or Windows error? Or C. shut up vin, this isn.'t IT support.
