I went out and bought doom for the ps4 the other day and have been so busy with things that I havent played it yet. I'd really like to start it tonight but my to do list is starting to get a bit long and my PE for the day is also looking a little dry. Decisions decisions...

 

I have a daily PE goal of 25 Im at 25.25 right now so I should head to bed, just not tired.

Evening everyone, couple questions.

First of all, any decent batches out there right now? I am starting fresh with a new CPU and lost all my old follows on TM, slowly building them back though.

A9s still get posted? Those were some of my favorites for mindless hits.

 

Nothing going on batch wise right now that I'm seeing, big A9 batches get posted every once in a while but it's been a few days since I last saw a big batch from them.

Does anyone remember transcriptions hits that were transcribing horse race results data from a scanned in copy? That poster still post at all? I loved those hits.

 

Was Jeff Lind, I haven't seen anyone talk about him in a very long time now. At some point he said his project was wrapping up, then came back for a 2nd round, haven't heard from him since but idk its possible I missed it.

That name.... I really miss Jeff Lind. I know a lot of turkers didn't think his pay rate was good, but I say neigh. I hope it behooves him to come back to Mturk someday. I'd definitely pony up to some more of his HITs. They were stable for the month that he was around.

 

@Ganrokh how do you like the meta forum app thing that you use for your phone? I know it used to suck..But with the toolbox staying on mobile view of the website I'm considering looking at that app ..I also forgot what it was called..

It's called Tapatalk. I only use it to check in on the forum on a day where I'm mostly away from my computer. I really like the UI, I just wish it had live updating. It's annoying to refresh the page to see new responses.

 

Oh..It doesn't have live updating? Hmm well if @ChrisTurk could somehow move the toolbox button I wouldn't have a reason to use an app. Besides the toolbox the forums works very well on mobile..And the toolbox still works on mobile it just is in the way.

 

Lol, I just logged into the Tapatalk admin thing to see if this was an option.. I've earned a monstrous 26 pennies from Tapatalk advertisements.. Divided by the 5 reported TT users and you've contributed an extra .052 pennies to TH last month. Thanks, @Ganrokh, this .01mL of beer is on you.

On a side note you can actually see the issue on vertical monitors as well but it isn't as big of an issue.

 

You get the ad revenue from Tapatalk ads? Interesting. There's a paid ad-free version of Tapatalk, I wonder what happens in that case. It's like I'm paying them in advance to not see ads that you get revenue from.
