    I'll seriously second that. I'd also recommend getting a foot pedal. I don't do as much transcription these days but when I did it really helped speed up my times.

    There are companies that hire out for legal transciption, medical transcription, etc. My friend works seasonally at an accounting firm transcribing all the meetings and such.The rest of the year she transcribes medical notes for a couple hospitals. You just have to look for it like any other job outside the home.
