Technically if this is a common practice in a store it is very illegal, "bait and switch" if its an honest mistake and it was on printed add, they better have a retraction sign somewhere.. If it is a sticker price. That can be iffy.. if in-store. Why? because people switch prices and signage. BUT unless it is a big difference most retail stores would rather lose the money than accuse a customer of funny business. An online pricing error, Oh I'd say HONOR THE PRICE!

Yes and some people also like cats... crazy is crazy. Throwing elbows to save $100 on a tv or $35 on a video game is crazy. It's not worth getting upset over. But in either case you'll probably get an email in a few hours that either has the code or a so sorry Charlie letter.

One thing that happens on Amazon as well, is third party sellers are fraudulently selling something. I've seen it happen at time's with Instant Pots all over Amazon at 75% off, and in the end, it's Amazon that ends up getting the short end of the stick since the seller will be off with the money, and Amazon is stuck refunding the people who never actually got their product.

What's weird is I think I paid 35 for my last one so the price didn't seem that off for a nice deal. Oh well I guess at least I got it in quick in that I might get it, better than no chance.

Yeah that is how price errors go. Be happy if you get it but don't freak out if you don't. For example I got a 500GB SSD for $100 like 5 years ago on a sick price error but I wouldn't have been surprised if amazon canceled it.
