I just made carnitas last night, and now I already need tacos/mexican food again. It's just so stupid good.

Oh yeah, the one <1 mile away from me is 24 hours, I just don't want to put on pants right now. And it's like 8 degrees outside. And Thursdays are long days for me so I'll justify eating like crap/spending money on fast food because of it.

All five of my pets live like royalty and four of them came to me, and I couldn't not adopt them in their time of need. I love animals. I also love eating animals.

 

Given how busy I was at work today and the fact that the Percy hit crapped out on me and the Snowy Tiger or whatever it was hit got returned because the instructions weren't totally clear and I chickened out on getting another rejection it was an ok day. Back above my weekly target anyways, and certainly better than yesterday's suckfest. Now for video games!

My perfect diet would consist of Italian and Mexican all day every day. And sometimes egg rolls.

I said I was going to start doing low-carb. Which ended up being me looking at food and saying to myself "Wow, look at how many carbs are in this!" and eating it anyway. I'm Italian, and I love Mexican food. I can't. It's more difficult than no/low-dairy, which I have to do to avoid migraines. I can give up sugar. I can give up chocolate. Just don't take my cheese or carbs.

 

Damn, Trader Joe's got shafted.

Love me some simple carbohydrates. Complex carbs can get it too – really enjoy sweet potatoes. Carbs are incredibly addicting (all forms of carbs break down to simple sugars), so it's no wonder people can't quite give them up.

I say eat what you want, and try to get some form of physical activity in. Fuck them dairy and carb haters.

 

Mine would be Asian with the frequent visit to Mexican and burgers. But really Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese... mmm. I mean the Americanized version in most cases, I don't do organs, bugs, brains, testicles, or seafood lol.
