Tim Curry was the best IT. Also I'm surprised they don't just replace the entire cast with diverse females to liven it up like Ghostbusters 2016.

I seriously cannot contain my excitement for this movie. I was allowed to watch every horror movie I wanted to (besides Silence of the Lambs?) as a kid. Freddy is my homeboy, but IT still scares me to this day. I watched it a few months ago and it still got under my skin. I'm so excited.

I had a dream that the guy who plays the new Pennywise launched his career to be a Tim Curry remake-r (????) and went on to be the new Dr. Frank-n-furter. Now I kind of need that to happen.

The original Stargate movie was the best, no one can top Kurt Russell and James Spader. I'm just gonna hatorade all over everyone's posts now.

In my opinion, It is a book that simply does not translate that well to film. The first half or so of the movie when they were kids was okay, but when they became adults the director actually had no idea how to handle the final face-off with Pennywise(and cut off the stare-down from when they were kids too), so it feels kind of lame compared to the book. Also, in my opinion, no one will ever be a better Pennywise than Tim Curry. Tim Curry saved that movie.

I'm really looking forward to this too. I'm not usually a fan of remakes but this looks creepy as shit and I loved Bill Skarsgard in Hemlock Grove. I think he will be an excellent Pennywise.

My sister was afraid to look down a drain pipe for weeks after we watched it. I used to watch a lot of cheesy movies with my dad when I was a kid.
