08/03 - Thorny Thursday!

I don't track the expected ones, which I should because I know I don't get a lot of them, but I do track the ones I receive. It's easy to do and I make more in bonuses these days than actual hits.

 

I will go out of my way to do things that mention a bonus, that seems to work out well for me in most cases.

 

When a survey goes on and and and on and on. ugh.

 

90% of my work this summer has been for two main requesters and both of them choose to pay by bonus so the hits are usually low.

I don't know precisely what you mean by "actively." You have to choose one or the other of worker or www, right?

It would be useful if there was some indication on HFB that it's currently taking input from HC. Is that what you would call a "passive" state? There seems to be plenty of available real estate on the Find line.

I guess after staring at the screen, that's it's updating form HC and the Find button is still grey.

Perhaps a "doc" rollover for the Find button on HFB would help newcomers understand the nuances here.
