    On a side note.. another option that may be worth looking into is paying for internet to be ran. It might be like $10,000 but it could be worth it :dunno:

    Most cable companies will run a line if you pay for it. Of course cost runs from $5,000 - $400,00 so who knows if it'll be worth, but on the lower end of the spectrum, given you work from home professionally, it might be your best bet.
