According to people on slack that health insurance thing was legit.

Per slack "Go to your local craigslist (where ever that is) type in "health" or health survey in the search. Should pull up a survey by Impact Health, it takes 3min and they pay 50usd via PayPal or Amazon Gift via Email. They're legit. You need to have purchased Health Insurance via the exchange system, like online format of health care info and provide a pic of your health insurance card. Bit intrusive but it's legit, tons of people are doing it. They've been up for about 2 months now."
