    Facebook and Twitter's terms and conditions won't matter in this case, and it rarely does in general FYI. If the doctor says something, let's say they work for a hospital. They post it on their Facebook page and let's say it's some interesting theoretical treatment that they were reading about. A patient sees it, says, hmm, that's interesting that the doctor likes that, looks further into it and relies on it to their detriment, and later sues the hospital and the doctor. The hospital has a way of showing that the doctor was not speaking for the hospital. The doctor also has a way of saying they were not acting in a medical capacity.

    I don't know what else to tell you, but that is why those words are there, they serve as legal disclaimers. And it is smart to have one, not stupid at all if what you post could get you into a legal quandary.

    The question is what is their proof of concept? Cause if they just need reviews, there are easier ways of getting them. They can even use just dummy text such as lorem ipsum if they just need it for a prototype site.
