Holy crap.

Not only did I get one rejection reversed earlier today, I wake up to reading this... and 2 additional rejections reversed. I simply told them it wasn't fair to penalize me since 95 percent of their HITs say type everything in the box and these 2 wanted last name only. I said I got used to always seeing type everything, that's what I did. And I got used to their email address ones that self check you for errors.

We try to make our special instructions noticeable by putting them in a pink box at the top of the HIT, but I understand your frustration and surprise since most of the HITs don't have instructions. We have overturned your rejections and escalated your feedback to our management team.
