08/10 - Theoretically Thursday feat. Tremendous Bear Thursday!

Aside from my car, I can't even remember the last time I sat down in a chair. Weird.

My advice from a non-chair person would be to sit down in a bunch of different ones and whichever one seems best to you - that's the one you should buy. What may be comfortable for someone may be crap for you, ya know?

I've had one from IKEA for like 3 years now and its still brand new but most days I stand from 8am-6ish.. so minor sitting breaks only. I sit on the weekends though if I'm at the PC. First year 1/2ish I had it was full-time sitting. Idk, IKEA "junk" generally lasts for me as long as I don't abuse it lol

 

In my opinion, I think most "gamer" chairs are for show and are typically used for gamer events.

Gaming chairs are not. But at the same time 'good' office chairs are expensive af. You don't need to get a uber leet gaming chair. Just get a decent office chair.

I've never been rejected by rekog, though I've only done 181 by them. So I think we're safe on most of these unless its super obviously not a mural or whatever

 

And from what I hear the chair is worth every penny if you can afford it.

 

I love my gaming chair, but its my favorite color and all flashy and shit, and was a gift. I suggest going with a comfy (cheaper) office chair.

 

Who in the heck would spend 4 digits on a chair? Outrageous.

I guess they could be if they were done really well. Thing is, around here graffiti artists are hired by some businesses to paint murals on the sides of buildings.. so it's pretty subjective. If it isn't horrible scribble and it's painted large on to a wall or ceiling I consider it a mural but other people might not.

I'm second guessing myself now. LOL!
