Yeah, I think it's a good depiction of mental health. People praise Shameless for showing what being bipolar is like, but You're the Worst I find pretty relatable with depression and being afraid of being happy, and the episode where they addressed PTSD was really great too (I mean the episode that was solely dedicated to that).
