    @Randomacts I took half of yesterday off and missed that whole new version. Managed to catch one round this a.m. Any idea what is with the new bonus structure? Or was it just not explained? I didn't see it anywhere. Also nice job on the $23.00.

    The bonus is spread out more and the 'base pay is lower' but basically everyone but the worst workers either make the same amount of money as before or more besides the top 2 that got a small pay drop.

    A pay cut with more bonuses spread around. And by more bonuses, I mean more people earning that dollar pay cut back.
