Dude, seriously, THANK YOU.

You rocked this week anf you made me feel way better about all the house shit I was fuming on.

We have the duct guys tomorrow to give an estimate, the landlady tried to resist getting cleaned when her company (who fucked up the HVAC in the first place) gave her an $$$ estimate but I told her either she could deal with the ducts or she could pay my cat's vet bills, cause he was def sick from the house at this point.

No problem but I am only one of many of the people here that have showed concern. As for the landlord, hence why I said document and take pictures, because you are also forgetting the fact that you and Matt are breathing that stuff. It's not good for you and can cause a whole host of health problems. Not meaning to scare you but sometimes landlords want to cash the check and feel they have no duty to their occupants regardless of where you live.

Just wasted nearly 20 minutes trying to figure out why a TeamZaru hit wasn't adding up right, finally just returned the #$@#ing thing.

 

Oh yeah , I know, I've had asthma attacks too and poor Holly had a rash and tore a chunk or her fur out, Skeeter started hurling, etc. Bearnie is just the most sensitive in the house and we take it more seriously when he's deahtly ill versus one of us having a mild problem. We are mad about all of it, but he was our primary concern just because he was far more ill than the rest of us.

I'm truly 110% thankful for everyone who has showed concern for Bearnie. I'm a really socially awkward person and my cat is one of the weird ways I connect with other people. I always say I'm not even a huge cat person, but Bearnie and I have an odd ET/Elliot like connection (to the point we both take the same inhaler now) and I just deeply connect with that cat in a way I cannot explain.It really means so much to me when people on the forum check in on him and thus me.
