That isn't cold brew. That is iced hot brew.

Cold brew tea takes a long time ~6+ hours depending on the tea and doesn't have as much bitterness as a hot brew.

Also they only give tablespoons instead of more useful grams lol I mean I can approximate but a gram of whole leaf tea compared to stuff that is closer to dust will be vastly different.

Since I live in the desert I sometimes make sun tea, since the sun is always out. Takes all day, but damn if that isn't really good when you make it right. If you have one of those big glass containers, something in the 2 gallon or more range, I highly recommend sun tea.

I haven't eaten sugar, white flour, grains, oats, rice, or most fruits in about 5 yrs now. i eat smuckers natural peanut butter as my sweet, put on a paper plate with another one on top of it and i roll it with a rolling pin and do this twice to get all the oil out of it, sprinkle it with a little salt and pretend it's sugar. and a certain flavor pork rinds, pig pickin'bbq by Terry's for a chip. it's about finding substitutes for high carb things that will satisfy and work for you.

You can get away with using a tablespoon or teaspoon for most teas. I just have a tea that isn't very compact so a teaspoon of that stuff isn't very much and honestly it is hard to measure it by volume lol

Grams will always be more accurate and kitchen scales are like $10 anyways so it isn't that big of a deal. You could also eyeball it and change how by how strong you want your tea ect.

Those oils are probably full of the nutrients offered by peanut butter, short of the protein, and you're removing all of them. Peanut oil is high in good fats.

In my opinion, it's not so much as cutting out the unhealthy things entirely, but about moderation. You need to find a balance that works for you without also cutting out the things you enjoy entirely. I mean, I'm no dietitian, but I'm pretty sure that most of healthy eating comes down to watching how many calories you eat and exercising off the excess. Though pure exercise alone doesn't burn as many calories as people seem to think.

lol . Sugar and white flour, juice, etc. absorb too fast and makes your brain go , Ooh, do that again. So you have to get those out of your system and that craving will go away. cause even broccoli has carbs .

yeah, weight lifting a lot more calories than running, they say. lifting for 1 hour burns 1000 calories and keeps burning after you stop , i think.

If you cut out good tasting food completely for bland healthy food you are more likely to relapse and binge
