California is fine. We are better off without the people that hate it for some reason anyways.

 

OH! Lots of Cali is fab! I'm going to Sequioa which will be really fab and the coast is lovely.

 

Seriously, I've been living in an RV the past year up and down the West Coast, and California has been the worst.

Lots of drugs and crime, ridiculous gas prices and other costs of living, the most aggressive and/or clueless drivers on the entire West Coast, etc.

I understand being from somewhere and being comfortable with it because of that, but it's really seriously overrated. I'm from Oregon, but I loved setting up in the Seattle/Puyallup areas.

Not trying to offend or anything. Just my experience of California has always been terrible every time I've gone.
