Except that Matt literally always gets some dumbass idea and fucks his hair up. He has curly hair and he is basically incompetent to do anything other than a buzzcut, which makes him look like an angry baby.

Every few months we go through the same cycle of him deciding he will do it himself, getting mad when he fucks it up, paying for a haircut the next time, liking his hair...then deciding he will do it himself again. I've known that guy since college, he needs to just pay for his haircuts.

1991 here, and honestly I think of the term millennial more being related to a persons attitude than the year they were born in. Though to be fair I don't quite know what qualifies someone as a millennial and thus I substitute my own definition as just "spoiled brat."
