I don't think I've ever posted my PE, but it's mostly because I'm a private person (and a pessimist and a skeptic). I don't really post much at all because my personality doesn't jive with the support group vibe of the forum. Anyway, posting a random number doesn't give you any frame of reference. You don't know how many hours someone was working, or if they disrupt their lives for Mturk, or happen to be a biological anomaly that only needs 3 hours of sleep per day. Additionally, you have the self-assessed savants who can somehow complete surveys 4x faster than anyone else and people who can manage to pay attention to 10 HITs at once. Not to mention the fact that people could just, lie? Mturk is a place where a lot of shady stuff goes on and I feel like sometimes people post big PEs for the attention. These forums are also places where people with extremely unique personalities and illnesses congregate and the whole support group thing combined with people waving their benjamins around is kinda weird to me. With that said, the staff does a great job of keeping this place friendly and I mean no disrespect. I was just offering a different view.

We have been sucking for a couple of years now. I love my team, but man we are nothing like we used to be.

I'm really hoping our coach gets the heave-ho this year, and our young'uns calm the hell down and start learning to play as a team.
I grew up watching the Wings kick ASS back in the '90s, when we defined teamwork. When we had the Russian 5. When we could come back from a 4 goal deficit with 4 minutes left in the game and win it without OT. And I watched players like Pavel Datsyuk make a hockey stick and skates look like evolutionary adaptations. 25 years straight we made the playoffs. Then Babcock left for Toronto, and we lost our best players to retirement, and the streak was broken. Breaks my heart.

Nowadays we vaguely resemble a group of toddlers skating around the rink, only rarely making good plays or getting good one-offs. But they're my team, and I'm no fair weather fan.
