    Had an end user who kept locking themselves out, they put in a ticket, I kept unlocking them, they kept locking themselves out.

    I finally asked them them if they wanted me to reset their password. They said.... "Yes, I don't know how it changed to all asterisks anyway".

    My jaw hit the floor!! I asked them how they were logging in the day before, they said they never put their password in, it was auto saved, but when they came in there was no password in the field so they just kept trying to put in asterisks.
