From previous experience, the writing is not required. The previous batch of kidney ones (from several months ago) were the same way. I don't think it would let you proceed if writing was required.

YOu should do what you feel is right, I would never like to give bad advice to someone. I just feel that C-sats are under paid tbh and I'm not willing to do all that and not get any extra pay.
