I'm the opposite of @Randomacts on tea.

Tea is fairly antiandrogenic in and of itself, but then the herbs they add to it also tend to be the most potent antiandrogenic cocktail you could think of (licorice in particular being very potent).

Having high DHT levels is, to me, the strongest anti-anxiety / antidepressant.
It keeps cortisol levels from going unchecked.
