I live about a 5 minute walk to a place that has burritos so good they'll turn you Mexican, so I'm a bit spoiled. The problem with Chipotle is the beans taste weird. Proper beans tie the whole burrito together.

 

It's all in how you want to look at them, they are much better than most fast food places. If you are comparing them to a Mexican restaurant you are correct

 

But my local texmex places are faster than Chipotle

My favorite "Mexican" place is this place in San Antonio (may be a small local chain) that I call Fajita Land so I can't remember the real name. I get fajita tacos there, and the tortillas are so fat and fluffy and the meat is always so freakin' perfect. I adore that place.
