Nope, and I've spoken to my own post man/lady plenty (they do deliveries in a pair so one drives and the other one drops stuff off) when they've dropped off packages before. The lady is peeved with me for ordering packages often, and basically jams the mail into the line of boxes without paying much attention.

Bruh, it's not the US DONT DELIVER SHIT Service. People constantly get notes saying they weren't home for their delivery when they were, so it's a town wide problem. Our post office has a 1.5 star rating

And most of the time it's just normal prime crap coming through USPS, most of the heavier stuff like chewy and my boxed stuff comes through fedex and that guy is super chill.

 

PE: -$103 due to T-Mobile account in collections even though I haven't had T-Mobile since Summer '16. Pretty sure I paid it off last fall when it was $87 and not in collections but now it just popped up in my credit report.

 

So, total newbie question - I've seen some of these where identical items are highlighted separately. Is it safe to use the same explanation and consequence for identical items, or do you need to vary the responses?

(I'm new here, so if this is a silly question, be gentle with me and just slap me a little...)

 

I varied my sentences. "They would be mad at you", "They would ask you to leave", etc.

 

Dispute it before you pay. And if the dispute doesn't work don't pay it w/o an agreement to have it dropped from your CR.

Try /r/personalfinance - I'm not super familiar with the process but I see those steps recommended there on like every single thread ever. My understanding is if you just pay up it'll ding your CR for almost a decade, someone more familiar with it all can correct w/e I said here that was stupid.

 

I sometimes try to vary the consequence. I usually alternate between a few of them.

 

But you're a kiwi and so cute, I could never slap a kiwi. But I vary mine. I honestly have no idea exactly what they want.
