    Pros: 2 pages of light reading, one page being a full bullet point list of objective data.
    Easy to answer open ended question.
    Clear instructions
    Scheduled release of the HIT with good communication/heads up beforehand.
    Masters only makes it super easy to catch (probably a con for non-Masters, sorry).
    Cons: Honestly not really enough data to generate a longer response. I think I wrote 1700 characters (min 1000) and probably touched on all the bullet points in the PDF in that span.

    Feels dirty submitting that quickly.

    My child is the one forcing labor on me today. Earlier in the week I told her she was gonna help me do some cleaning and organizing in my room. The planned day we had to go up to the hospital instead. So today she brings in plastic grocery bags/garbage bags and says "let's get cleaning" and won't leave me alone until we start. 45 minutes, then she just finally let me have a break, the little wenchlette. And this is the 11 year old. Glad the 19yo is sleeping in or I'd be cleaning the 27 windows in the house or something. UGH.
