    No, at least as far as I know...

    Download bandwidth at home will be affected loading the video, and upload bandwidth will be consumed sending the remote connection traffic to work PC.

    Work PC's download bandwidth will be affected by the connection traffic only, since the Youtube video is loading/playing/buffering on the Home PC.

    If I'm wrong about this, someone else correct me and put some points on my IT license.

    tl;dr: No, it doesn't double dip into both bandwidth pools, technically.

    After looking at this list again, it seems to me that the reason @doilooklikeagoat ran away was that he noticed that @The Goat Faced Killer was in the room once I called everyone out.
