I have seen enough discussion around Angela Listy surveys to know I am never clicking that deep into the dashboard. Some things are better left unseen.

 

SO you really favor Turking over your regular job?

 

I do this on linux as well so I have virtual desktops. I have 3 set up, 2 monitors. On desktop 1 I have whatever else I'm doing on the computer. On #2 I have a dashboard tab and a HITs assigned tab open. On #3 I have PCs on monitor 1 and OW on monitor 2. The forum is on monitor 2 marked to show up on all 3 desktops so it's always visible. On the rare occasions I split the forum into work and social tabs then the work tab would be visible on all 3 and the social tab would be on #3 only. Seems to work very well this way. OW notifications show on monitor 1 all 3 desktops. After the new system is built I'll match the monitor sizes, it's annoying.

No I don't think I will ever be at risk of being fired for doing this, or else I wouldn't do it.
Other people in their downtime browse facebook, shop online, do homework.

You're definitely right about it being heart-warming when I get home. When I wake up or get home he gets so excited to see me! He's a sheltie/beardie mix so he has a lot of herding in him(that he also uses on us/the cat).
