Again, I'll keep political humor out of it, but it wasn't even insulting to atheists. I simply pointed out that there is a dynamic about atheists on reddit and the internet in general, in a common form of humor.

If people don't want it, understood.

But nothing I said was insulting to *anyone* specifically.

And I am not nasty. I am a nice man, and nothing I said indicates anything other than people want to use politics as a weapon when I used it as a joke, which it is.

So everyone that says anything about my character because I made a *common* joke can go ahead and shove it. If the Admin wants it over, I'll shut up.

But I'm not being called nasty, and I'm not enduring an unanswered barrage of insults and moral outrage.

Have you thought about trying out etsy? I don't sell anything there but I have seen options for personalizing items bought from there. Could be a good way to dip your toes in the water on it.

 

Your comment was not only insulting but it was inflammatory. Suggesting that people here were going to come brigade you for whatever your beliefs are was ignorant beyond reason because I'd tell them to buzz off all the same if they did.

You very clearly mapped a bunch of attributes to a group of people here in an attempt to inflame them prior to what you expected to be a negative reaction from those people to your post.

You are not on reddit. Which is why your comment doesn't fly here.

That is where I'm thinking of getting started. Not sure how to take the plunge without having an existing inventory to start with.

lol I'm literally on day one of actually writing anything down resembling a business plan. I've been flirting with the idea for over 2 years now. Today is the first time I'm actually writing down business name ideas, coming up with some things I'd need to make it feesable (ie, I need a cricut machine, I'm not going to be able to make a profit doing it by hand as I've been doing.

and you said you felt atheists shouldn't do the HIT.

You insulted others than just political affiliation. It was NOT a *common* joke. And even *common* jokes can be in extreme poor taste.
If anything, YOU should be apologizing for YOUR poor word choice.

And being called a "nasty human" is far far more polite than the words I have to say to you. And I am sure there's far more who agree with me than those who agree with you in this matter.
