Can they be automated & turned into a good hourly? Sure.

Can the average Turker do that (or even should they for tasks that show up so infrequently)? No, which makes most of the reviews on there valuable to the majority of people.

 

CT is taking freakin' names today and I love it.

 

You don't even need to write a script.

Just 3 windows, select and drag, and it makes for decent filler.

The only issue with it is the weird nature of grabbing them.
