Does anyone here know much about digital art? I was thinking about getting my mom setup for her birthday.

I'm not sure what the hardware requirements are but I'm thinking that it will have to include a computer build and a drawing tablet (the ones with a screen). I don't think that she will be able to get away with a simple cheap wacom drawing surface as drawing and looking at her might be a bit hard for her.

Oh and I'm not sure what software but I was thinking Ubuntu for the OS and https://krita.org/en/ but honestly I don't know all that much about digital art.

 

Looks to me like the same guy writes the survey instructions and the bonus letter...

I'm sure that there are other artist around here that would know but you two are the ones that came to mind first

Oh and don't worry I'm asking reddit as well and doing my own research but I figured that someone here might be able to help as well.
