    3 yes but your asking too much from the onboard chipset. Any thing over 2 you should stick with the GPU. @DikDik has some experience with both AMD and MSI GPUs.

    It should support up to two by using both. Check your motherboard specs though to be sure.

    Or you could just buy a GPU for like $30 to support 4 monitors for non gaming use.

    It is prob displayport and if your motherboard says that it can support 3 at once it would 'work' but VGA sucks anyways so realistically it would just be 2 with the HDMI + display port
