I'm not stupid. The new chrome profile is naked with nothing installed not even extensions.

 

Current browser speeds are prob something like

Recent versions of firefox > Edge > Chrome > Everything else

xD I never suggested that, but it's important to address that just in case. The fact still remains though that until a majority of the scripters switch to Firefox as their primary browser, Chrome will offer the most stability with scripts in regards to turking. And who turks without scripts nowadays?

 

I dunno, I have both FF & Chrome installed right now.

Chrome, opens instantly. FF still takes a second or two before the browser window opens. And FF isn't even loading ANY plug-ins.

 

I use a macro instead of a script for some penny batches because it speeds up the load times by a fraction of a second.

Well yeah you can have two browsers open. Having one that is naked will allow you to work faster while the other one pandas ect.

 

The naked becomes useless without the useful one notifying though

 

There is still speed improvements on the naked one. Well unless you are turking on a potato lol. If you are well then I'm sorry but non potato setups will run circles around you.

 

When I go into penny batch mode for the weekends, I use a nearly plug-in free profile on Chrome. Definitely nothing with a database. I'll click on "Sync" with MTS on my main Turking profile later to get that information straight.

 

You're missing the point. Firefox in your setup is worthless without Chrome, which makes Chrome superior. Firefox is just a supplement to the central setup being built around Chrome.

 

You could just as easily run two firefoxes.
