11/21 - Torqued Tuesday!

I buy beer and rum for my grandma at least once a week. She can't really see well, so I have to go in a buy a dozen of the individual bottles for her, so she doesn't poor too much. I kinda don't mind getting old if I end up like her with people bringing me food and booze all the time.

 

It'd be nice to be able to chill out and have a drink with the parents. My gf's family likes to have a good time, but I think if I showed up with a six pack at my parents' house, they wouldn't happy...My driver's license is almost old enough to drink.

 

I have officially made my daily goal without doing 1 survey. I'm so proud of myself.

 

reminds me of my trip to Boston in college, we found a local barand all I rember is a guy trying to impress me with stories of running into the ocean during a hurrican. I kept thinking your and idiot but then he bought me another beer so . Oh and a pyramid there was definatly a drunken human pyramid at some point.

 

Neither side of my family, or my partner's family really drinks. So we show up and look like this

I went to the liquor store at about 11 am when they opened and bought a case of beer and bottle of Jagr. Played videogames and drank with a couple buddies till my grilfriend got home from work, then we went to some steakhouse. Afterward we went to a club, then one of my buddies took us back to his house where we did drugs and drank ourselves well into the morning. Had a midterm for Linear Algebra that day that I studied about 10 minutes for. Almost threw up twice while taking the test and still pulled down a B.

 

New today...don't try this at home.

 

I went to school in Boston for a while and that is exactly how dumb it is. You have all these guys from the city hitting up the college bars for cheap drinks and trying to scam on the girls. It either gets really dumb or a bunch of fights start.

I basically lived in the hospital not too long before that (almost 10 months worth of stays in 18 months, I had to leave school for a bit) so I kinda went full party girl. I'm glad I did cause I was perpetually in and out on a lesser basis the next few years, but there was so much I couldn't do, eat, drink, etc. And I was working/taking class/dealing with the abusive ex bs.

Glad I took that week to have fun at least, cause everything else was such a shit storm at the time!
