OK, so, that's not true at all FOR ME, because it really depends on how you digest things and people with say, a janky gi disorder that has ruined their life a few times aren't going to respond like a typical person does.

Don't talk out your ass when you are totally unaware how a specific person responds to different things. FFS dude, stop treating me like I'm stupid.

Most people would actually digest high fructose corn syrup slightly faster tbh, because it's glucose and fructose in something like a 55-45 percent mix. There isn't a chemical bond like you find in cane sugar, so your digestive tract doesn't have to break it like it does with say, sucrose. This is stuff I learned in lame ass school! Fun times.

That being said, I typically don't break down corn syrups very well. I have had to LITERALLY have my sugar monitored, blood work, and xrays of my gi tract taken in a repeating series to see what I do and do not digest or absorb as well. Corn syrup CONSISTENTLY caused a smaller raise in my blood sugar and a worse fallout that something like cane sugar. So seriously, fucking shut up, you are not an expert on the eccentricities of my health Grinch.

I'm into the whole craft beer thing and I love it and the many, many, many styles so much that I actually actively try not to get drunk so I can try/sample more new beers. My "drinking beer" to "drunk on beer" ratio is probably absurd.
