11/21 - Torqued Tuesday!

Yeah! I've had a few of the GoT ones, but I've had their other beers too and none have disappointed. Even my local place knows I go for Belgians first and foremost when they have them on tap, and it's no surprise that my favorite local brewery (Solemn Oath) is Belgian-inspired. I also may or may not have named my cat Abbey after the style. Needless to say, I approve.

 

I named my cats after musicals, nobody asked, but I'm just saying what I feel tonight.

Nah, I've done gaming. The mTurk community is, pound for pound, the most vile community I've ever been a part of on the Internet.

 

My ex-husband used to make his own. He would have two large bowls working on it at a time. One on the top of the fridge with a towel over it and one in the fridge with plastic wrap on it. It was nasty. Big ol' bowls of tea with a HUGE friggen mushroom on top of each one. Not kidding. That was how he made it. I never drank it and tried not to smell it if I could help it. All slimy and gross...

I did a modding forum for Skyrim when the whole paid mods thing started a couple years ago. We had to deal with death threats to mod authors and ourselves. Then, people reported it to authorities so we had to turn over any "evidence". There was DDoS attacks anytime we tried to close threads or hand out any warnings or bans. People were trying to fuck up our wiki, so we had to lock it down for about two weeks. It was like our normally obscure community turned into League of Legends players.

I'd give anything to deal with these mooks instead.

On an unrelated note, my phone changed the word crock to cock. So we all know how Birdie talks in her spare time (re: all the time).

 

Edit: Wait, I thought it goes without saying, none of this applies to HERE, as in this specific forum (for the most part). But maybe it is worth saying lol.

 

If pound for pound is the measurement, then doesn't that mean you aren't that vile being pocket size and all?
