    Because there is technically space to add things like long form descriptions of the requester, IRB / company data, etc etc. Its just never been added in because I hadn't done bbcode parsing yet (which is now technically done but not imported for req pages).

    So in instances where the overview may actually be kinda long, the reviews will hotlink down to that section. Obviously it doesn't do much now since the overviews are all the same size/space but :dunno:
