People will often admit to the act but won't call it rape. So, they'll confess to having sex with a stranger at a party who was in and out of consciousness but rationalize that the person wanted it, so it wasn't rape. I was taken advantage of by a girl at my work in 1987. It had all of the classic social-bullying facets of sexual assault. I doubt she would think so but I wonder how much of a shambles her life is now? Maybe she has been successful bullying people to get her way.
