I mean my house was built in the 80's so it's not brand new or anything. My sister bought, what was a really nice house, that was from the 40's and after about 15 years they have had to replace and fix nearly half the house. Ain't nobody got time for that lol.

I'm pretty sure this one was only used for exterior shots. We knew the person selling it otherwise I wouldn't have even let him look at it lol.

We live in a really small town with no jobs.. but we do 99% or our work online so it didn't matter. That's why our house is so cheap. It's a buyers market here. Everyone wants to move somewhere with more jobs and we were like, nah we can work anywhere.

$70,000 is a real good price and that was the original asking price for this house but it had sat on the market for a couple years and gone through some price drops. Most of the other houses we looked at a couple years ago are still for sale.
