    btw if you are actually considering buying some you might want to consider buying from the us site. It is a bit more expensive but shipping is a lot faster and according to the website they expect lots of delays from china ---> US until after Chinese New Year

    The more I go into tea the more I am realizing that the reason that people often put milk and sugar in tea is because they are drinking cheap / low end tea like the stuff that you find in teabags. Another factor is that people oversteep the fuck out of tea or use water that is too hot. Both the water temp being wrong and the cheap quality give it a bitter taste so milk and sugar is needed to make it drinkable.

    Now there is nothing wrong with this. I have plenty of blends from https://www.adagio.com/ and most of them need a bit of milk unless you brew it extremely carefully.
