    You always realize how much of an adult you actually aren't when something is wrong and you don't know how to fix it.

    I woke up with my shoulder hurting like crazy this morning because I guess I was doing sleep yoga or something, and getting taken for a walk by the dog made it even worse.

    So now i'm sitting here like, do I ice it? Do I put a heating pad on it? Do I sacrifice my firstborn?
