    Lets you turn people down without blocking them.

    But like I said, it's more of a half-joke and/or a proof-of-concept at this point. It doesn't resize quotes, or GIFs, and it doesn't store your settings per-user. Figured I'd see whether anyone actually even likes the idea before putting any more time into it lol.
