Lol I just got the same thing and I was about to post it.

 

Oh the HIT Menu, yeah I'm like a day or two behind on everything now. Usually when I need to crunch out some code I just skip my lifts and other stuff so I have more time and energy, but I can't since with the physical therapy from my acl reconstruction, which leave me with less time and tired unfortunately.
