    We decided to play Monopoly last night. (context: hubby never plays Monopoly with me because I dominate every. single. time. but he decided it could be fun.)

    After first hour, hubby: "You are taking this way too seriously."

    After second hour, hubby starts giving tips to little one on how to take me down.

    When we got married, I thought we'd have this cutesy family game night. Yeah, right. My husband is the most competitive shit when it comes to stuff like that. As an only child I was looking forward to a life of someone I could finally play games with. Not. Even.

    My daughter's dad is pretty competitive too, so like we make EVERYTHING into a competition.

    We have literally gotten competitive over Viva Pinata.

    You got Notre Dame right at least. I was so excited because I picked Notre Dame on my other board. However I picked LSU on this one ..oh well .

    Ha my wife is like you. She won't even play monopoly now because of how serious she takes it and I'm not a challenge enough to play against. I get my revenge with Risk though. Whether it's Star Wars, Doctor Who or Classic that's my game :lol: We compromise most the time and play Catan or Star Trek Catan because we are pretty equally matched at it.
