It happens, somewhat rarely at least, but I also mark them to drop from the aggregates unlike TO who just takes anything and is fine w/ it. XF also does a heavy amount of identity verification for duplicate accounts automatically which is nice. Its also relatively annoying to get 2nd/3rd accounts once banned, too, so doubly points for that.
