When I did mine, I got stuck at it asking my name in between round 1 and round 2 - but I F5'd and it fixed it

 

Screenshot it and email her. She is usually quick to respond.

 

Mine made me skip the games and only do the survey portions. I'm waiting to hear back from her right now since I'm pretty sure I'm 95% sure I'm on the last page.

Did you try turning the volume slider off in the top left corner? If it's still going, then it's not PC. Try closing your tabs one at a time to find the source.
