I've never done one of these, but I believe this is correct.

 

They put out a survey last night - if you took the survey you got the qual. They've been doing that a lot lately - the survey as a separate HIT

@ChrisTurk is there no longer a way to leave a review directly on the TV site? It has to be done through the script on mTurk now? I'd prefer not reviewing everything immediately, like a survey I just completed that has a bonus, that takes the pay from fair to generous. But by the time it probably pays out, it won't be in view on the script.
