New version of Default Handler script parses the new contextURL parameter in the web+panda:// standard and links it with the HIT. TH (/MTC now) web+panda:// clickable script passes the contextURL parameter as the permalink to the post.

So TL;DR / less technical version:

If you're using my web+panda handler and my script that adds web+panda links to forum exports, the catcher will give you a clickable link back to where you first grabbed the post, so you can go back to where you grabbed it from in case you forgot something important about it (who posted it, how long ago it was posted, whatever).
